Instructions for downloading and printing the visa application form

1. The file dubaivisa.pdf consists of four pages.
2. Please print back-to-back on A4 size paper.
3. Pages 1 to 4 (two sheets printed back-to-back) consist of the application form to be completed and signed by each applicant. Please staple these pages together before completing.

Guidelines for completing the visa application form

1. Remember - one application set for each applicant (including infants).
2. Write "NA" where Not Applicable.
3. Item 3, must be either your CURRENT address, or address of your travel agent.
4. At item 7(i), please describe your occupation in some detail - e.g. "Teacher", "Manager in an ad agency", "Software engineer" etc.
5. It is recommended that you attach your business card to the form.
6. All applicants aged 12 and above must sign the application form on page-3. Where applicant is below 12, a parent must sign.

1. Visa fee per person (including infant) at current exchange rates: -
   a) Tourist Visa – 710000/- Rials for stay in Dubai upto 30 days from the date of arrival in Dubai 
   b) 96 House Visa – 580000/- Rials for stay in Dubai upto 96 hours from the time of arrival in Dubai 
2. Please note, visa fee once paid stands non-refundable.
