11 February 2013: Dubai Visa Application Centre informs that process of applying for a visa simplified for Travel agencies. For groups of 9 people or less the list of required documents is the same except additional documents based on the eligibility criteria. Visa centre don’t accept documents based on the eligibility criteria. In this case, you must provide a Guarantee letter from travel agency with a list of all the tourists. The Letter has a specific format and must be written in English. Sample of the Guarantee letter may be obtained by contacting the call-centre of Dubai Visa Centre, and writing a request to the email Visa Centre. For groups of 10 people or more a list of required documents is still the same except for the documents on the basis of the eligibility criteria and the application forms. Documents on the basis of criteria for visa eligibility do not surrender. In this case, you must provide a Guarantee letter from a travel agency with a list of all the tourists. The Letter has a specific format and must be written in English. Sample The letter may be obtained by contacting the call-centre Dubai Visa Centre, and writing a request to the email Visa Centre. Application forms for groups of 10 people are not filling. Instead of application forms, questionnaires must be provide. To get questionnaires also can be contact to the Visa Centre by telephone or email. Double transit. Now documents for two visas if required double transit, can be apply simultaneously. You must collect the full set of documents for both visa and apply to Dubai Visa Application Centre. Cruise visa. If you have a scheduled cruise through Dubai crossing the state border of the UAE and the return trip, you can go to Dubai Visa Application Centre for applying visas. Before submitting the documents, you must first send an e-mail with the request and attach to which the Emirates airline tickets round trip, a copy of the passport, and the cruise itinerary.
