Dubai visa information - South Africa - Download visa application form

	Passport Copies: Copy of the pages containing details of Full name , Nationality, Date and Place of birth, Passport number, Date of issue & Expiry.
	Copy of the Confirmed PNR.
	Letter from the Employer : Letter from the Employer, stating the Salary / Income, Job Description and the years of Employment with the organization.
	Bank Letter: Letter from the Bank confirming the Financial Stability and capability of the Pax traveling to the UAE.
	Credit Card Copy: A photocopy of the major reputed credit card confirming the Credit Card number and the Expiry date.
	Passport Size Photograph: Clear and Colored Photograph. Kindly mention name and Passport number behind the photograph.
	Dependants of the Applicants: Dependants are defined as Spouse/ Children below 21 years of age / Parents above 60 years of age. Supporting Documents proving the relation status to be provided.
	BANK ADVICE - Payments to be made at NEDBANK - A/c Name : VFS GLOBAL (pty ) LTD- DVPC, A/c NO 1454092661. Original bank advice to be submitted along with application. ** Please note we regret our inability to accept the electronic mode of Payments.

Additional documents will be required for the below specific circumstances:

Foreign passport holders require the following additional documentation:

	South African Residential Permit.
	South African Work Permit.

DVPC South Africa CANNOT process a visa for an unemployed passenger unless they are:

	A Student.
	A Pensioner.
	A House wife.

A student would require the following additional documents:

	Letter of consent from parents (NOC).
	Letter from the applicants school/institution stating that the applicant is currently studying.
	Original letter from the parents bank (stating that the parent has sufficient funds for travel to the UAE)

A pensioner would require the following additional documentation:

	Letter stating that applicant is a pensioner.
	Letter from the bank (original letter stating that applicant has sufficient funds to travel to the UAE)

A housewife would require the following additional documentation:

	Letter from her husband (stating that he is financially liable for applicant).
	Original bank letter from either applicant or husband (stating that there is sufficient funds to travel to the UAE)

Important Information:

	The Visa fees are to be collected in a Bank Advice with the above specified Documents while applying for a visa.
	Visa would be processed specifically for passengers traveling on Emirates with an inbound and outbound of the Dubai International Airport.

Step 1

Before applying, please ensure you are very clear on your ‘purpose of visit’ – do remember we are here to assist and help you through the entire visa application process but are not permitted to advise or guide you on choosing a visa category. Step 2

Complete you visa application form and affix your photograph. You may download the form from this website.

Step 3

Ensure photos are as per specifications.

Step 4

Attach all supporting documents required as per checklist. Make sure your application is complete. Incomplete applications are not accepted.

Step 5

Submit your application at the Dubai Visa application Centre along with the applicable fees

Step 6

Once the visa is approved the PNR will be updated and visa copy can be collected from the application centre
