Eligibility Criteria’s:

Criteria I: Travel Status

Travel too any or a valid visa to any one of the below countries in the last 5 years
USA
UK
Schengen countries
Australia
New Zealand
Japan

Documents Required:
Pages in the Previous / Current passport exhibiting the evidence of the travel / visa stamped.

Criteria II. Financial Status :

Applicants not qualifying as per Criteria I (Travel Status), are required to submit his Personal Income testimonial showing a salary of RMB 4500/- per month or RMB 55000/- P.A.

Documents Required:
Bank book with current balance of 30000/- RMB

Criteria III. Invitation From Immediate Family Member Residing In Dubai On Family Status


Individual having a valid resident permit of UAE can invite their immediate family, i.e. Parents, Spouse, Children.

Documents Required:
Invitation Letter from host,
Passport copy of the host.(Bio data Page and last page)
Valid Residence visa copy of the host
Proof of relationship with the host

Criteria IV. Repeat Passengers


Passengers who have availed of a DVPC visa at least thrice in the last two years are considered as Repeat passengers.

Documents Required:
Passport pages with entry and exit stamps of UAE.

Criteria V: Additional Documents For Specific Cases

Unaccompanied Student Traveling Alone:
ID card ,
Non Objection Certificate from parents (Parents should qualify on one of the above mentioned criteria)
Parents passport copies
Residential details in Dubai
Invitation & guarantee letter from the host with his Passport copy & valid residence visa of UAE.
Hotel voucher in case of no host details.

Newly Married Couples: (Incase of Husbands name not endorsed on the passport):
Marriage Certificate.
Photo ID card
Wedding card

VISA APPLYING
PROCESS

Step 1
Before applying, please ensure you are very clear on your ‘purpose of visit’ – do remember we are here to assist and help you through the entire visa application process but are not permitted to advise or guide you on choosing a visa category. Since our work is primarily administrative in nature, we have no say on whether you will be granted a visa and how long it will take to process, as this is entirely the prerogative of the Consulate. Step 2
Complete you visa application form and affix your photograph. You may download the form from this website.

Step 3
Ensure photos are as per specifications.

Step 4
Attach all supporting documents required as per checklist. Make sure your application is complete. Incomplete applications are not accepted.

Step 5
Submit your application at the Dubai Visa application Centre along with the applicable fees in cash.

Step 6
Once the visa is approved the PNR will be updated and visa copy can be collected from the application centre
