VFS aims at providing an efficient service to its applicants. In case of any feedback that you may have about the product or the services provided by Dubai Visa Processing Centre, we would like to know about it and address the same at the earliest.  Every Dubai Visa Application Centre operated by VFS preserves a Feedback Register for the benefit of the applicants. The supervisor of the Visa Application Centre would provide an access to the Register on demand from the applicant. Alternatively, you are free to e-mail your feedback to:

In an event of dissatisfaction of the service levels, your complaints / suggestions are welcome.  If desired you may submit your feedback directly in person at your local Visa Application Centre.
