This type of visa is considered in two phases.

The first stage. The applicant shall submit the documents justifying the visa, valid for 90 days. These documents can either be brought directly to the visa center or send e-mail to the Visa Application Centre. The letter should describe the situation, attach documents, and leave your contact information.

The second stage. After receiving the response from the immigration officers, the Visa Centre’s specialist is associated with the applicant and inform about the possibility / impossibility of applying for this type of visa. If this option is approved, the applicant will need to submit a complete set of documents to the Visa Centre.
