Has travelled at least once in the last 5 years to or holds a valid visa for any ONE of the following countries :
USA, Canada, UK, Countries of European Union, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Japan.

Has traveled at least twice in the last 5 years to any country other than India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Myanmar and Maldives AND supported by proof of present income.

Evidence of valid visa and travel in current or previous passport(original and photocopies of relevant pages of the passport)

Where previous passport involved, applicant must forward previous in original to the Dubai Visa Application Centre

2.  Economic status of Principal Applicant

Principal Applicant holds an international credit card limit of at least LKR 100,000

Mandatory:

IT File No. / Form T10

Last 3 months salary slip supported by recognised bank statement and employer's letter for employee.

OR

Self Employed: Last 6 months Corporate accounts, Business Registration certificate and last 3 years IT returns.

If Applicable, one more of the following:

1.Original and 1 photocopy of last credit card statement, and photocopy of both sides of credit card

2. Banker's certificate in original for confirming amount held in fixed deposit for 12 months and more on date

3. Invitation from immediate family member resident in Dubai on family status

Only spouse, children <21 and parents <60 can be invited

Letter of invitation along with photocopy of labour contract attested by Emirate's Commercial Visa Section in Dubai.

Marriage Certificate as proof of spouse's name / Birth Certificate to prove parentage.

Dependents are defined as spouse, dependent children <21 years and dependent parents<60 years of Principal Applicant and Spouse. Supporting documentation required only from PRINCIPAL APPLICANT.
